Meet Katie:

Katie has been practicing Thai Yoga with clients since 2018. She received her training in the Somaveda Thai Yoga lineage from Alex Ryberg, and has spent hundreds of hours facilitating this healing work with clients. Katie loves that Thai yoga begins and ends with a prayer for the receiver, and feels strongly that this work is deeply needed today, at a time when stress, isolation, disease, and unprocessed emotion is so prevalent. She is proud to offer it as a complement to other movement offerings at lifeinmovement, where all things are about getting into the FLOW.
